Warranty

• The ToeFX medical device system is covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper operation, or any damage caused by the user.
• If a warranty issue arises, please contact us with a description of the problem. We may request photos, videos, or the return of the device for evaluation before determining the appropriate remedy, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

Purchase Terms

• All sales of our medical device systems are final.
• Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement under our warranty policy.
